my approach
I have lived throughout the southeast and have finally landed in Greenville, South Carolina. I enjoy working with individuals and couples with diverse backgrounds and issues across Kentucky and South Carolina. I have over ten years of experience working with people desiring self-acceptance and for those who want to rediscover their strengths and confidence.
My approach is grounded in warmth, compassion, and a systemic lens to look at what may be contributing to how we each show up. I truly believe that story of our lives holds connection to the self and others, and that sharing those stories may hold the power to heal. My practice is committed to inclusivity, valuing diverse identities and experiences. I prioritize neurodiversity, promote sex positivity, affirm the queer community, and recognize the interplay of social locations and all relational configurations on one’s sense of wellness.
While I support individuals through a range of experiences, I hold particular expertise in:
Life Transitions
Anxiety/Depression
Relationships (to self and others)
Trauma
Women with neurodivergence
I have advanced training in the Gottman method, TF-CBT, ADHD evaluation, Prepare & Enrich Facilitation, somatic connectedness, and CPT.
